15 months old. Started freezing now and then two weeks ago, hard reboot always helped until the last time. Doesnt turn on again now. (On charger, no response whatsoever) (There is also some damage on the case and a cracked screen but those are not in question now). Is there a chance to recover it back to a functioning state or do you think it is dead for good? I’d rather pay to have it back than buying some other. Is it worth sending to you? Or do you have any refurbished tablets of similar line? (Diamond, Quantum..) Please let me know. Thank you! -
