Touch Screen suddenly became completely unresponsive from one day to the next. Has not been dropped or damaged in any way.
I tried factory reset with no effect. I can use the tablet if I plug in a mouse, and use the mouse/cursor to operate the tablet, so the touchscreen seems to be the only thing not working.
I bought the tablet for my mum in 2012, so it would be nice to get it fixed for her. When I called I was told it would cost approx £35 plus return post to fix the screen. Many thanks

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
