Did an up date from Microsoft windows 10 and wouldn't start up, tried hard reset and exit to DOS. Changes a setting and it wouldn't start up again. Would you be able to totally wipe this tablet and reload it with windows 8 or 10. There was no information I need recovered from this device I would just like it working again. There has been no physical damage to this tablet.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
