hello when I press button to start up all the machines does is icon spinning round and round as if trying to reboot but nothing happens it is now with my local pc clinic he has tried disconnecting battery it will not even respond on computer all we can get is the fact it trying to reboot but everything we have tried is negative can you please advise any suggestions would suffice
