I tried to upgrade windows to 10.
The tablet restarted but is just stuck on the logo screen.
I downloaded windows 8.1 recovery onto a USB but still can't get past the logo screen.
When I try a hard reset it crashes with a windows error, page fault in a nonpaged area.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
