This is my sons tablet and he dropped it on the kitchen tiles and broke the screen. The tablet will turn on OK & all looks fine but touchscreen will not work? I read that this will be the case when screen cracks & once this fixed should work again. Would like to know cost for fixing before I send it off? Thanks. Christine

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
