I purchased a new battery – as I was advised in an on line forum. I opened the tablet and removed the old battery noting that the numbers were the same. I started to reassemble but didn't think of the detail involved,I got it all reassembled the screen seems to be stuck in a loop, also it won't switch off.
My fault I should never have started in the first place at my age (78) I should have known better. I hope you can do so ting with it as it was a lifeline.
