Was sent to quick mobile fix 4&1/2 months ago they told me needed a new battery then 2 months later told me it needed the battery connector too… Then after 4&1/2 months are telling me sorry they can’t fix it as they can’t get parts! Absolutely shocking service I’ve received from them. Just want my 5 year olds tablet fixing as he’s already been without it for 4&1/2 months… Can you help?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
