Good morning,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2”, approx 3 years old.
Recently, the battery charge has been falling off dramatically with only about an hour's use. Also, the charge often seems to be OK, only to reach about 60% then it drops to about 20% in a few seconds.
I think the battery probably needs replacement, but I've also seen reference to the battery connector needing to be resoldered to the motherboard.
Are you able to diagnose these problems and fix them?
If so, what approximate price will the repair(s) be?
