I have the above tablet (purchased new) where the wifi and bluetooth will not now switch on.
I had left the tablet for a considerable time and it discharged. I had trouble getting it to recharge (which it now does) and this problem showed up when I got it working again. I finally resorted to a factory reset but this has not cured the problem. I then wondered if it was due to an out of date operating system. A local repair show updated this from a pc but this has not cured the problem. This now seems to point to a faulty wifi/bluetooth chip.
Firstly, can you advise that, if this is the problem, it is likely to be repairable (with components being available).
If so, an indication of costs of such a repair.
