Goes up until the samsung galaxy logo is shown. No physical damage, is in pristine condition, no liquid damage that I know of. Not rooted. The problem happened occasionally for the first 2 years after purchasing, around once every 6 months. But I was able to start it by using the power and volume buttons. I've tried that again and again, it doesn't go onto that screen. Basically the power button only works to switch on, but it doesn't fully switch on, goes on the rebooting loop and switches off. It doesn't lose it's charge during this and holds it.
