problem began with the camera jamming at some choice moments , becoming more frequent so I gave up using the camera. Additionally, the device would shut down and restart, also with increasing frequency, until now it has reached the point where it is unusable.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
