My Samsung SM-T520 tablet suddenly started playing up – not charging fully, turning off suddenly, and now raarely turning on. My nephew replaced the battery for me, but the same problems continued to occur. Yesterday, I managed to get it to turn on, but it went to a screen with various options, including to set it back to factory settings. My nephew suggested I reset it, but again, this did not solve the problems. I have just now turned it on, but it is stuck in the opening screen status (displaying: Samsung Galaxy Tab/Pro SM-T520).

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
