At first, it had problems holding a charge so a friend replaced the battery for me. No success – the problem continued and the tablet started to have other problems like not switching on, or crashing suddenly. Now, if it is connected to a power source, I can usually get it to switch on to the recovery screen with a dead android and various options. I have tried rebooting but it just goes dead. I have reset to factory settings, but again it doesn’t work. Except for once, this morning, when it opened up and connected to my router and allowed me to set date, time and password and then crashed,

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
