I have two problems with my Surface Pro that I need your help with.The first is that after about 90 minutes of use the screen overheats and starts to flicker.
The second problem is that the keyboard and scratchpad have stopped working. The machine knows that they are there but it won't accept any input from the device.
Can you please send me a quote for repairing the faults?
The repair is not urgent and I can send you the machine by Royal Mail.
