Trackpad was working until mouse moved to bottom right corner then unable to move again – touchscreen not working
Will not reboot now – can only get to Surface logo or Set-up screen ( by holding volume up and power) but mouse still stuck in bottomr right cornet

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
