following my request late last night re. broken screen and then no response to the mouse connection via the charging port. I have been using the mouse to operate the device since the screen broke – up until yesterday when it suddenly failed to respond to the mouse. thoday I connected the device via a usb charging cable to my PC and again got nil response. this would suggest that there is something wrong at the port site of the device????? Kindly quote what a repair of the port would be. the cables I used all have fairly tight fitting so the connection with the port is fairly secure and is not lose or drops off easily. there are 2 usb ports on the right side of the device. I cant find the manual and cant remember what the difference is but the charging cable only works on the lower one and this is the one I have been using all along. many thanks

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
