My son actually has two broken Vankyo devices:
Z4- cracked screen, display is fine but does not respond to touch in the bottom half of the screen. You can't feel the screen crack from the outside, it was in a case so he is unsure how it has broken.
S10: This was his first, he knelt on this accidentally last March. The screen cracked and the display is all multicoloured. It seems to respond to some touch as you can see flickers where a cursor is but otherwise unusable.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
