      • I'm asking for a friend of mine as he is too shy to ask professionals.It was the Viglen8811 blk with Windows 10 Home Edition.

        I tried a new cable but no go the most after trying to charge it said that it's plugged to mains, battery discharging.

        I tried a new charger.

        I tried using the Micro USB and the USB port with no success and when it finally got down to %5 power it turned it self off and every attempt to turn it back on resulted in the tablet booting up to the intro screen before you get to the windows log in screen then turn it self off.

        I tried to charge it for eight hours it will boot up allow me to get into windows but where battery say 80% charge I can see it decreasing rapidly with the battery display say it's plugged in and that the battery is discharging, in just a few minuets it reaches %5 and powering off again after just five minuets.

        But now it wont even get past the Viglen intro screen before powering itself off no matter how long I charge it"
        It might be the battery but I don't know the type.
