        I was wondering if your services included being able to replace the screen of a Wacom Cintiq 13HD model of digital art tablet? It has a couple of small scratches and a thunderbug insect has crawled inside the actual screen and died (I cannot swipe it away – it seems to have crawled in between the LCD display and the screen itself). This is incredibly distracting, so I was wondering if you would be able to help with that. I can understand if you wouldn't be able to handle this kind of request and if it would be best to send it to the manufacturer.
