    I have an Intuos CTH-490/K. I have had it since 2015 or 2016ish. I have moved house many times so it might have gotten a little bashed… Now when I plug it in to my computer or my friend's computer, it blinks with a white light but the computers don't recognise there being anything connected. My friend uses an Intuos Pro and that one works and connects fine, and we also tried a different cable on mine. So it might be a problem with the tablet itself, but I don't know WHAT problem.
