Not sure if you deal with software/hardware issues but the front camera on my surface has stopped working (rear camera fine). Have tried updated drivers and said it was totally up-to-date, tried resetting to restore factory settings and this has not resolved issue. Is this something that you might be able to deal with? Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
