the monitor fell from my desk with wires still in the USB-C port. i've checked that charging still works, and the screen doesn't seem to be missing any pixels i can see, though you might want to test that too. Both the micro HDMI and USB-C ports don't receive video data or touchscreen data. My phone doesn't recognise it with samsung dex either.
