Hi there, I have an issue with the monitor that it takes up to 20min to start. I understand that this is likely to be an issue with capacitors. I disassembled the monitor and see that 3 of them have a bump (and even some dried liquid came out). So I probably need all 3 of them to be replaced. Can you do that? if so, how much this could cost and how much time this could take? I can drop it of at one of the locations near me. I live at E11AY. Thanks.
