Firstly, The monitor's LCD is broken a little. In the bottom right hand corner there is a crack that then leads to the screen have a white circular shape in the bottom right. Also next to this little white circular shape, there is just a black box with little white lines going from the circle to the end of the screen. Lastly, near the bottom left there is a bit of distortion. I have a photo of how bad this screenshot is.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
