Hi guys, I accidentally fell into the monitor and there is like 33% bottom line that is off, I think it is broke, a friend of mine says the particles are broken. I dont know if maybe changing the screen somehow it would work. I am a bit nervous about this since this was a big investment. I can also send you pictures of the screen working as it is, I can still see the image of the desktop but not that 30% bottom line that is white and black along with mixed color points.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
