Low usage, clean environment, no physical damage, had not been moved recently. Kept in a dry, smoke free, pet free, kid free home.
One week out of it's 3 year warranty just would not switch on in the morning. No storms or power cuts the previous night, no power surge damage to any other equipment in the house.
Total mystery.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
