    Hi, the USB-C port on the monitor is loose – the cable does not 'click' in anymore and just falls out. Also, the port has slightly recessed from the casing indicating it has come loose from the PCB.

    The USB-C port is a 65W PD port for both power, data (USB hub inside the monitor) and video between the monitor and the computer. It is vertically mounted on the PCB.

    Can you please provide a quote for removing the existing, and soldering a replacement USB-C port on the PCB? I will remove the PCB from the monitor and ship only this to you as the monitor is very big. The rest of the monitor and all other connectors function as normal. Only the USB-C port is affected.
