Date on the dash cam can’t be set correctly, instead of going to January this year it was showing 13th month which is obviously nonsense. After trying to correct it goes to May month. Also for some reason recording fills up full memory card and on the screen comes massage as card full. This shouldn’t happen at all and rewriting must be happening but it doesn’t. Seems software needs updating …. Settings were reset to manufacturing but didn’t help to resolve an issue.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
