      • I purchased a dashcam Prestigio rr519i 25/6/2016 the actual device is fine i have no complaints at all, however i was driving when suddenly the dash cam fell, when i looked the actual cradle has broken where it slides into the holder. This is very disappointing and lets down the actual device. Hope you can help me as i am really pleased with my purchase except for this problem it has been fine up until now. All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP.
