I purchased a dashcam Prestigio rr519i 25/6/2016 the actual device is fine i have no complaints at all, however i was driving when suddenly the dash cam fell, when i looked the actual cradle has broken where it slides into the holder. This is very disappointing and lets down the actual device. Hope you can help me as i am really pleased with my purchase except for this problem it has been fine up until now. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
