Power Supply/ Condensation DamageMonitor was dropped in summer 2021, no external damage but it would power on normally for a long while but then power off, unable to restart (all with full battery on the power supply) After it was left in its case for a week it powered on for one day (10 hours) and then the next day it would not switch on. The backlight is working but the OS/ User interface dissapears.
The monitor was sent to repair in Autumn 2021 and was working for a while, until now.
It was used outside for a night shoot in October 2021 and since then is experiencing the same problems powering on. This time it powers up normally fpr 10-20minutes and then the OS Dissapears. After that when you power it up its just a back-lit blank screen. If you leave it for a few more days it will power up for 10minutes or so and then go blank again.
Another issue was that the DCinput stopped working and an assistant on set was powering it through the DC out port

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
