      • On Saturday 30 Oct while in the middle of watching tv the screen gradually turned pink and lime green as if paint was being slowly being spilt downwards over the screen. TV images can still be seen while the tv is turned on but blurred out by the pink and lime green colour. No one has tampered with any of the cables or remotes on the tv.
        Unfortunately, after unplugging all cables from the back of tv, the colour is still not correct. This happens regardless of what I am watching for example cable, DVD, pc or blu-ray. I have tried turning off the TV and unplugging all of the different devices that were connected. Then tried re-connecting and testing each device and TV input one by one and it is still not corrected.
        Our tv is only 3 years old, I don't understand why or how this has happened.
        I have carried the following stepls below.
        Turned on the TV, point the remote at the TV, press and hold the up arrow button. While holding the up arrow on the remote, press the power button on the TV and reset. I turned on the TV screen and the TV turned off. I waited for the TV to turn on completely and the set up screen to appear and then it came back on automatically.
