If you’re looking for something specific over the holiday season our advice is clear: make sure you’ve checked other retailers and the manufacturer itself to be sure you’re getting the best price.
Don’t be overly concerned about the size of the discount or the percentage; ensure that the price your paying is actually a good value for money. This is why we’d recommend looking up a product review before you buy, as you might be better off with a lower price on a previous model on certain products, like a Fitbit or iPhone, for example.
You’ll find deals in stores at Currys as well as online, but we prefer to grab a cuppa and use the website instead. Currys features its strongest deals on the Home page, but there’s a Clearance section as well where you can often find other deals.
You won’t have to pay for delivery at Currys as it’s free if you’re happy to wait three to five days for your item. If you’re in a hurry, you can click and collect for free from your local shop.
Buy Now and Pay Later at Currys
Lots of Currys products have a buy now, pay later scheme available. You can choose to pay nothing for the first six months on orders £99 and over. Some are interest free, while others are 24.9% APR Representative, and most can be spread over up to 36 months.

When is Black Friday 2020 – should you wait for a better deal?
Black Friday itself will take place on Friday 27 November, immediately followed by Cyber Monday on 30 November.
Traditionally the biggest sales event of the year, it may yet throw up some even greater tech deals, but sales have started earlier than ever in 2020 and many retailers have shared the messaging that prices won’t go lower on Black Friday itself.
Plus, with so much uncertainty around finance and retail, and no guarantees regarding what discounts we will see, we advise you not to wait: if you see a deal you like, on a product you need, and you can afford the outlay, buy it today.
