      • Hi,
        I have a Garmin Edge 1000 cycling computer. The rubber power button on the side has split which is preventing it from pressing the power switch inside the unit, making it difficult to turn the device on/off properly. The whole white part f the unit would appear to need replacing. Is this something that is possible? Unfortunately Garmin do not offer out of warranty repairs on these units and only offer new replacements at a reduced cost. Other than this small split there is nothin wrong with the device.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
      On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new.

      I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
      All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
