The ReadyNAS tipped over about 4 inches off a low shelf onto a carpeted area. Power still comes on but it doesn't boot up to the 100% ready state. There is un unusual sound also so no sure if the hard drive(s) are damaged or an electronic component. There are 4 hard drives (3TB each). No physical damage visible.
