Hi. I have a Nikon coolscan 9000, and wondered if you repair this type of scanner? I plugged it into my computer and warning messages popped up saying the hub where the scanner was plugged in had been disabled as there was a power surge. The computer’s fine but the scanner’s green light flashes for a very long time, and the computer fails to recognise the scanner. I’ve tried three different FireWire cables and I only ever getting a flashing green light from the scanner and no other signs of life.
