      • Brand New VU Duo2 bought from German Supplier (Not a Clone) who refused to accept return. I have another unit identical to this and was given it as a spare as customer succesfully won visa dispute and had money returned.

        Main board will not boot up and leaves white deep standbye light on. 4TB Toshiba drive spins up correctly.

        The bios will not provide access to front USB drive which is used to reflash a new version of software and boot drivers .

        Bios boot up leaves fan off. I have disconnected hard disk and both dual sat tuners in case a fault in these is loading down PSU. This does not resolve problem. A RS232 connection is available on rear to telnet into system if it gets that far it might be possible to establish the fault.

        This looks like a main board failure.
