My headphones have a removable cable which connects to the headphone via a mini XLR connector. Sometimes when I move my head left or right the audio cuts out in one or both ears. I assumed this was a problem with the cable so I replaced it, however it is still occurring and I believe it is a problem with the connection between the cable and the headphone itself, as I've noticed the audio cuts out if I wiggle the XLR connector when it's plugged in.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
