I have a pair of AKG K845bt. They are a tremendous set of wireless headphones, however, lately, the balance of the speakers seems to be off. I cannot put my finger on it, because when I listen to voice-only audio (podcasts etc) they seem fine. It is only when I listen to music when I begin to feel that they are pulling ever so slightly to the right.
I have conducted various on the online tests, yet, I still cannot work out what is wrong. My strongest theory so far is that the treble has weakened on the left speaker.
Anyway, in short, do you offer any service to check for this problem? A headphone MOT if you will? And if so, are you able to remedy the issue?

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
