  - I bought the headphones as a gift for my son 13 months ago. To my knowledge they have only been used on the day they were bought. I tried them last month as I was thinking of buying another pair. However I could only hear low volume music in the right speaker (which has the cable connection). If I move the removable cable slightly I can hear music in both speakers, but the singing voice is still in the background. Problem seems to be the connection between headphone and the detachable cable.

They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
  All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
