    I've 2 Astro M80's(mixamp adapter cable) which I'd love you to fix. The same problem for both. When my first one had 'wiggly cable' intermittent audio issue, I bought a new replacement direct from Astro 12+months later and the same thing is happening. It's so annoying that I may have to buy yet another one as my headset and the adapter/s are great, it's just the cable(bor both) which is a pain.
    I cut the cable on one of them to see if I could resolder, but they are no normal cables (as you probably are aware), I can't get the solder to stick well and despite tinning the cables can't get them to solder.

    I'd rather pay you to fix both than buy another new one and throw away the 2 I have.
    Plus, my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller one day wouldn't power all of a sudden.
    … Apparently according to a Youtube video guy in mid europe, it's either a faulty solder point, or, a replacement chip required. I'd love to speak with you guys to see if I could send all 3 to get repaired.
