When I plug in my headphones it doesn’t read that it is in until i physically have to jiggle the wire in a certain position yet still they start creaking and making noises. I just got my headphone and so it’s weird that something is wrong with it so soon.

Really great experience, I was wary at first at sending my headphones away via post instead of taking them into a shop but … read more I highly recommend this service. My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. They updated me regularly on the progress and the cost was exactly the same as the quote. I am very happy with my experience. -

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
