The jack was connected into my ipad which i dropped and the jack became bent. Whilst the headphones are still usable in current condition if the jack moves whilst in a device sound may only come out of one ear, not a problem i had before the bent occurred. I'm not sure if its the jack that has caused this problem or if its something else but I would assume the jack as no other part of the headphones have been damaged. You can place it in a device and sound will come out of both ears but once it moves it will only come out of one and is a hassle to get it coming out of two again.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
