  - Control for up/down and play/pause not working. The top bit of volume controller has fallen off, so only contacts can be seen in side. When I try to put cover back on, it doesn't stay on. Nothing else wrong with earphones apart from volume controls on earphones volume controls on earphone not working. Mic works fine. Just a pain changing tracls and volume by having to always go on my phone.

They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
  All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
