The headphones do not connect to any Bluetooth device and the power button does not function. The volume button appears to switch it on and a few days back, they became wet in the rain hence the cause of this is unknown as to whether it was the rain entering and damaging the Bluetooth cable. I can see that it is charged only through the app and it does not show me the level of battery from the LED lights, flashes red occasionally. Reset has been attempted numerous times but makes no difference.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
