Hi there
I have 2 sets of Beats needing repaired if possible
One set has snapped (thanks to a toddler!!!) at the side of the part that would sit over your head (is this the jack? sorry I'm unsure)
The other set is simply just coming apart a little at the padding on the same part of the headphones as pair number 1
Hope this is something you guys can help with. My daughter is distraught as they were a gift from her Papa and it's caused a bit of a fall out with the toddler!

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
