      • Hiya, I would like a claim for two Beats products.

        Beats urbeats earphones: when playing music only one of the earphones works. The left earphone doesn't produce any sound. Not sure whether it is the aux cable or the speaker. I think its the left speaker thats the problem but I am not 100% sure.

        Beats SoloHD Headphones: the aux cable is detachable. Meaning a double ended aux cable is used to listen to music. When plugged in, the left speaker is not working, the right is very quiet. Sometimes rotating the aux cable makes a difference. I believe the problem relies in the aux jacket but it may also be the speaker as well perhaps. Again I am not 100% sure.

        I am a student so I'm hoping this won't cost too much. The headphones are more dated then the earphones so I will match the quote of repair with the value of the headphones make. Otherwise buying a working second hand headphone might be better value then repairing it.
