Hi, my daughter's Beats headphones were plugged into her laptop on her lap. My son jumped onto the sofa next to her and knocked the jack out of the port on the laptop. From then on in she can only get sound out of one ear. The jack was very slightly bent as it had been forcefully removed, I can only guess that there's been a break in a connection within the jack. Could you let me have a quote to repair please.
