The volume casing section, about an inch long, down the left side of the cable is broken.
It all still works but the main outer casing with the +- volume buttons has come off. I have it and probably only needs gluing back in place, but also the central button that answers calls etc has come out and been lost so this bit needs replacing before the out casing can be put back into position..Black & red power beats wireless

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
