Snapped. I’ve already sent a request through and you’ve said you’ve sent me a new quote but I can’t see it. No one is replying to me. I can’t get in touch with you and I want to know what’s going on? Can you please email me with the cost of the repair so I can get the headphones back ASAP. I cannot see anything on the portal when I check quotes. It didn’t work.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
